comfy—spaces (2023)
is an AR comfort room, a personalized supportive therapeutic environment where users can customize their space based on their needs to destress. It aims to be a convenient and accessible way to provide comfort and be in a safe environment at any time. In hopes of contributing to users' mental health wellness, this private comfort room's purpose is to cope with anxiety and break away from the hectic lifestyle. Just by using their phone and scanning a QR code, they can physically navigate around their space and explore objects/elements and immerse in the calming atmosphere.Although, in this outcome, users cannot create their rooms, the result shows an example of how I wanted it to work. I've gathered responses and preferences of other people's ideal comfort rooms and selected two to create models of an indoor and outdoor environment – as well as two AR filters of each room with a workable QR code.
